What did you all think of the reveal? I thought it was just as bad (if not, more) than the PS4 reveal.

Guess we'll have to see what E3 brings for both of these consoles. But so far, it's just a bunch of casual nonsense.

More specifically the lens(I believe) on the BluRay drive died.

The machine is out of warranty so it'll cost me >$100 to send it into Sony to fix it. I'd rather just crack it open myself and give it a go.

Has anyone swapped the lens out before? Any advice?
