I'll be broiling some tonight and serving it with a Wasabi Ginger Cream Sauce!!!

This is the time of the year that makes your bb-q worth the money.

What KIND of salmon?

I really don't eat meat that much anymore, basically, a vegetarian (I do relapse at times ).

But when I did, I did love me some good salmon, with a side of rice and scalloped potatoes. And salad.

My mother makes really good scalloped potatoes from scratch.

Maybe some asparagus.

Now, I have a craving for one some of my mother's salmon's dishes.

Salmon is the best fish.

I hate tunas!

I've been buying wild salmon (comes frozen) at Trader Joe's, and it's phenomenal. 7 bucks for two nice slabs that fill up the wife and I.

we did up some sockeye from albersons tonight. It rocked. I can't wait for the Copper River stuff to arrive late may or early june.
