If anyone is into seafood, I HIGHLY recommend "Michael Mina" at Bellagio. Get the Tuna Tartare appetizer and the Maine Lobster Pot Pie for your main course. You will not regret it!
Or try this tasting menu:

My parents really love the Rio's buffet. It's nothing too special to me though. Just bigger than most but the food is the same as anywhere. I've heard great things about the buffet at the Green Valley Ranch though.
Pancake House at GVR is a stop for breakfast.
I am doing something a little different this year.....
I am going with a girlfriend. I am usually with my son and my latest Bo. I have no Bo right now, so i am down for some good ol fun ; P
I have 4 tickets. Her Bo may go, and i may still take my son....we'll see.
But hey RR, I go to the Fish House also and sit at the bar, so.......... we should totally hang!
We had an excellent experience at Bouchon at the Venetian last month when we were celebrating Bastille Day... good food, friendly staff and a very attractive environment. We want to go back in the fall and eat on the gorgeous 10th floor terrace. It was too hot in July.
