Thats when living in 'gangsta' downtown pays off. Id do it but Im too broke and anti-social as it is right now. Rinkrat has me sold and Id do it if I had the 'chedda'. Some Huntington meat sounds so good right about now.

Today I got some Fonuts. They are nuts! Donuts made without frying, so they taste like amazing muffins with crazy ingredients. http://fonuts.com/flavors/#all
Also got some English cheddar cheese from Beverly Hills Cheese, more salmon burgers, bake-at-home La Brea Bakery baguettes, dry salami from Huntington Meats, more of those awesome shrimp from SM seafood, Wild Boar lasagna from Heirloom and some other stuff.
When I checked the porch this morning, the stuff was there but a lot was missing. I emailed Amazon Fresh and they contacted the driver and he just brought the rest by. They also added a $30 credit for the trouble. LOVE it!
If my smoker arrives today, I'm going in hard on some Huntington tri-tip and ribs.

Two of the orders were just over $100 and the other was $30. The best part is that there are all of these PREMIUM items to eat that we would NEVER find at Ralph's. I can't even look at Ralph's meat any more, let alone eat it. It's died red, full of fat and gristle and is tough as chewing a tire. It's either this elite stuff or Costco for me from now on.

I don't think my Ralph's has top shelf. That's probably part of the problem. The local Von's has the same chewy meat.
I grabbed some baby back ribs and a tri-tip at Beef Palace tonight so that will be a good test for the smoker!

My local Ralphs is the fancy pants FreshFare. The butcher, Mark, is cool peeps. He steers me to the good stuff including seafood. The one by my sisters is not good so it is by locale.

The early morning delivery window says "before 7AM" and is later described as being "between midnight and 7AM," so I think it can be any time between then. I asked for this delivery window, and it was on my porch some time before 6:00 AM, because that's when I fetched it. However, there are many other early and late delivery windows to choose from, and you can choose whether you want to sign for the stuff or not (you cannot sign early before 6AM, though).

Doorstep delivery (they just drop it on your porch) are 3-hour time blocks (7AM-10AM, 10AM-1PM, 3PM-6PM, and 6PM-9PM) as well as the BEFORE 7AM slot.
