    Picasso @ the Bellagio
    B&B @ the Venetian

Kat's parents just got back and they really enjoyed Sinatra at Encore... they are Nob Hill freaks so that may give you an idea of where their personal tastes lay. they also came back wanting to go to Botero at Encore, which looks really kick ass.... oh, since they stay at the Wynn and hardly ever leave that whole complex, they've also been to Switch, which seems pretty cool and something you may want to check out... basically, check out all Encore has to offer. everything is new and stuff, so be among the first of us.
Ges, I would love to try all of those places, yet some of the stuff on the menus and the prix fixe menus freaks my wife out...too bizarre for her. I mean it took a lot to get her to try the butternut squash tamale at Mesa Grill in Caesar. If I had the bank account to support it, I would be going to all of those places, and add Bradley Ogden to that list.

seriously?! well, maybe you should stick to a steakhouse (such as the ones suggested in this thread) or something then. nothing too exotic or scary about meat and potatoes...

I looked at Sinatra and it seems safe along with Botero. So choices are either Sinatra, Botero, Stripsteak, Craftsteak, or Canal Street at the Orleans (where we have a dining credit).

I know, I know it sounds boring, but I am fine with a good steak (although some of the stuff at the L'Atelier, Carnevino, and Fleur De Lys sounds amazing to me)

    CraftSTEAK. Hands down.
Jeremy Roenick: I liked Patrick's quote, (that) he would have stopped me. I wanted to know where he was in Game 3. He was probably getting his jock out of the rafters of the United Center.
Patrick Roy: I can't really hear what Jeremy says, because I've got my two Stanley Cup rings plugging my ears.

My parents will usually go to Rosemary's with my sister and her husband for a nice dinner. It's not in any of the hotels, they say it's kind of hidden in a strip mall but the food is always awesome when they go.

Las Vegas Restaurants - Rosemary's Restaurant

For some reason though I wasn't getting the website to load. They'll have specials on certain nights of the week too, like ladies meals are half off, or wine specials and whatnot.
