They have em here in the valley
Most of he I an Out's carry the Peppers behind the counter, just have to ask when you pick up order. Some even have Salsa packets and Extra secret Sauce packets under the counter also. I sometimes ask for the peppers and squeeze the juice on burger or fries for that extra kick.

You want to know what's crazy? There's some people over at another hockey board that many of us here also frequent. They said they'd rather have the Ultimate Cheeseburger at Jack in the Box over In N Out!!!!!!!!!!!
