you're more likely to get hep from the ex-cons working at Pink's
that being said, two weeks ago in Hollywood I saw one of these carts literally blow up
caveat emptor
I like hot dogs and I love bacon, but never have been a fan of the two together. Too greasy/salty.

I stopped eating them about 6 months ago. For whatever reason, I felt ill in the afternoon after eating a pair of them for lunch, 2 weeks in a row, and my stomach is rock solid most of the time.
No Mas.
Making your own at home and openining a bottle of Dom is a good way to go...
Memories of july 4th 2007....
I don't know why this town has such a fear over street food. Just about every major city around the world has a tradition of vendors selling food on the streets except for LA. And just because it's in a cart on the street doesn't make it more or less safe than what's served in restaurants. I worked at a place one time where the lead line cook never washed his hands. Ever. He'd go from throwing a raw steak on the grill to making a sandwich to picking his teeth and out for a cigarette and never washed his hands or even used hand sanitizer. The only time I've seen him come close is when he got out of the bathroom and he'd go to the dishwasher station and briefly shake his hands inside the soapy water then dry them off. I would take a hot dog grilled on the street any day rather than get food from this guy.
They re back hot dog cart hot dogs on the corner of Chick Hern and Fig
after the amazing Kings win I celibrated with a very nice Bacon wraped Hotdog with tons of peppers & onions good stuff I dont know why they dont have more of these mobile restaurants it could be a big thing after all the cart hot dogs are way better then the over priced crap hot dogs they sell inside
