Make sure you soak the sausages in beer all night before you cook them. A good dark beer works best.

Those bacon Hebrew national dogs are sacrilegious and probably delicious. They are for the Jew who likes to live on the edge or the gentile who likes to keep partial kosher just to know what it's like.

Make sure the Nathan's are the Natural Casing ones.
Gotta have that *snap*!
For the fried ripper dog, I like to use the Hebrew National Dinner Franks and a couple pieces of Farmer John's Thick Cut.

bingo bango bongo...
Delicious... big hit w the 4th of july crowd.
used farmer john beef franks, sliced, stuffed w sharp cheddar, grilled onions, wrapped in bacon, rubbed with applewood rub on bacon... pan fried to get bacon cooked, tossed on grill for a few to finish... served w plethora of sides....
HOME RUN.
