They picked a good day for this, since it's going to be fairly hot. The long(ish) lines may not make it worth the bargain price, but at least some of the money will be going to National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

i went just after 5pm at downtown huntington beach because i figured there'd be less school kids at that one. the line was out the door (with a lot of tourists), but they had it pretty well organized and i got through in 15-20 min. got to share with my 19 month old. heh heh heh. it was so fun going with her. man, i haven't been to baskin robbins in forever, but going with my kid takes me back to my own childhood...

but oh ya, i got 3 scoops of ice cream in a giant waffle cone for $1.69. got to see some hot firefighters outside, too!
