    Default BBQ shark Thursday!

I love BBQ'n shark and I couldn't think of a better excuse than to BBQ it this Thursday. I usually buy it from Stater Bros and marinate it in some kind of lemon pepper garlic sauce for like a half hour/hour. Then after BBQ'n it throw it into a tortilla with homemade chipotle mayo.

For the best ever shark tacos, after BBQ'n, deep fry the shark in the tortilla for 10-20 seconds then add chipotle mayo.

    MMMMMMMMMMMMMM

How do you make your chipotle mayo? I have a few ways I do it...but would love to get some more ideas.

We love making fish tacos at home.

It's been a while but i keep it super simple an everyone loves it... a jar of mayo, then take 3 chilies from a can of chillies in adobo sauce and blend it together. i usually add a little adobo sauce as well. i may be forgetting something. Any recommendations?

I do something similar but with Sour Cream.

I use Sour Cream, Lime Juice and Adobo sauce (lime juice and adobo sauce to taste)
