May not be the 1/2 the foodie that you guys all are...I basically stick to brands that I have access to in general stores. I have found that Beaverton Foods - Beaver Brand Mustards, Horseradish, Mayo, Tartar, Coctail Sauce and More! these guys make the absolute best condiments. Just tried their cream of horseradish and it brought tears to my eyes.

For Wasabi I go with whatever japanese squeeze tube is at the asian market and I also grab whatever brand chinese hot mustard.
Yeah...their stuff is awesome. Ive had their honey mustard and their deli mustard. Good Stuff!
I will say though....Cocktail sauce is very easy to make on your own. Ketchup, HorseRadish, Worcestershire, Lime Juice.
Anyone want to get into some food related business? Would love to make a living doing something I am passionate about...being the LA Kings have yet to send me a paycheck this may be a good route to go.
Highly suggest this with french fries. It will knock your socks off. We always have an extra bottle in the pantry.
