now you're talking. gotta try this. looking up the recipe, it does call for Irish Cream Ice Cream while most other beer floats call for vanilla bean ice cream.

in the last few floats, I used Deluxe Churned Light Ice Cream with vanilla bean and low in fat/sugar, but they weren't as enjoyable as with the Breyer's that I mentioned.
