Seasoned with a little Mrs. Dash, Lawrys, and Garlic, thrown on the BBQ on indirect heat for about 90 minutes. Moist, flavorful. Yum!

Best chicken (fried) in LA = Dinah's.

Sincerely wish I wasn't on a diet. I can't believe that amazing looking plate is only $5!
