Where do you guys eat around town? I'm always up for a new place to hit up.

Maybe a place to take a date, or just somewhere new to me.

I'm in Manhattan Beach, but will travel a healthy distance for some place good.

If you're ever in the OC try Mozambique in Laguna. Unique and terrific. Very good place for a date.

One World Vegan Cusine in West Covina, best vegan place EVER. I'm not vegan, but I actually crave this stuff, great flavors.

Seafood?
Try Mariscos Chente in Mar Vista. Get the pescado zarandeado, it's snook fish marianted in citrus juices, chipotles pepers, etc.. and grilled to perfection. It has a good blend of sweet and spicy. Also try a serving of the camarones ala diabla, which is shrimp cooked in a spicy salsa. The aguachile they serve with their chips is addicting, it's basically jalapenos blended with a bit of water and salt. All seafood is fresh from the coast of Sinaloa.

one of my favorite bars & restaurants in town (not the best beer but its decent for a micro-brew), the bbq food is excellent, and the manager is a big kings fan

Hands down, best food anywhere is Capt. Jack's in Sunset Beach. The creb legs are worth the trip even if wou live in Alaska.
