Yeah, but I haven't been there in a long time. It's called Pitfire Pizza. I remember going to it not too long after they opened and was happy with their pasta bolognase (sp?) but I've never had their pizza.

Bummer, no mention of DiFara in Brooklyn. Best pizza I've ever had. Nobody except this one old man Dom touches the pizza. A lot of the ingredients are imported from Italy and the cheese isn't grated until it's being put on the pizza. Basil is grown right outside and goes straight onto the pie with a dash of olive oil. I've never had a plain cheese pizza with flavor like this in my life.
I also hear Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix is one of the best but according to people I know who have been, you have to be ready to wait four hours to get your pie.
