I can attest to the quality of the hanger steak - it's my go-to selection every FF. Can't wait 'til September.

This time, we're going to have a suite with a kitchenette at the Signature, so I may have to ramp up to the Porterhouse since I'll have the resources to prepare leftovers...

I have now been to craft in L.A. twice, but the restaurant only not craftbar.

Craft, while a bit pricey, was some of the best food I have ever had. For the main restaurant (at least in L.A.) go in a group of 4 and share EVERYTHING!!!

Ended up making my sister BBQ last night (chicken and ribs) so can't really complain about that. Since my sister lives in Vegas, I'll make her go try the bar menu and see how that goes. It seems like a really good deal if you can find something you want on the menu for that price.
