Default Best Steak & Seafood Restaurants in Las Vegas & Los Angeles

One my favorites is the Palm Restaurant in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. They have great menus for lunch and dinner. I think there is a Palm Restaurant near Staples Center.

Grilled fish in LA? Get to Capt Kidds in Redondo Beach.

Captain Kidd's Fish Market & Restaurant

It's a simple system there. Pick out the type of fresh cut fish filet you want, pay a few extra bucks for sides like hush puppies and cole slaw, and then choose the method you want your fish to be cooked (grilled, fried, etc). Go sit in the adjacent room on their benches, picnic style, over-looking the ocean. Don't forget a large draft of beer to go with.

Another excellent steak resturant is at Circus Circus Hotel/Casino. It's called The Steak House and is very expensive.

Another good place in Redondo is Blue Water Grill.

I still like Morton's for steak but that's only because I am totally smitten with their Lobster Bisque...........

The Sizzler. I am not joking. yesterday I had the Rib-eye and 1 pound of Alaskan King Crab and it was excellent.
The crab was better than a lot of "fine" places I have been to.

Captain Jacks has the best Crab Legs I've ever tasted. The Prime Rib is amazing too, but I just can't get past the Crab Legs to order it again. Great service too!

Red Lobster & Chili's are not fine dining. Oh, and before you say any more, the McRib is not a delicacy.

    So very sad.

While not strictly a fish restaurant, La Madonna in Las Vegas has truly excellent seafood dishes. Steaks is a toss-up. I work a lot at Caesars so I am partial to The Palm as well.
