I just had a Big Carl. I was actually surprised, it's pretty good. Its no Big Mac, but for a charbroiled tasting burger, it's not bad.
I've had the Big Carl combo twice this week. It's under 5 bucks, and it's good. I think the BigMac may taste a little better because the ratio of sauce to meat is higher on the BigMac.
Also, the ****ers made my burger well done both times.
I want it mooing, goram it, mooing!!!
Anyways, yeah. BigMac is a bit small, so I'm gonna give the nod to the Big Carl. More filling, comparable taste. Just add ranch and catsup to it and you'll be fine.
The BC set my anticipated healthy eating schedule back about two weeks.
The Big Mac is more like a cheesy, thousand-islandy, slightly meaty, doughnut compared to the BC.
The Big Carl near my house is only $1.99 when the commercial advertises it for $2.49.
My favorite burger of all time at McDonalds is the Big Mac. When I tried the Big Carl, it tasted NOTHING like the Big Mac. You know what it tasted like? Just any ordinary Carl's Jr. burger.
So even though the Big Mac is way smaller, I'm sticking with that. At least it has a certain taste to it that I like.
the big carl is 2.49 in most places outside of la county, because it was tested in la, it's 1.99 and that was the promo price. most of them didn't change the price when it went national.
Exactly, for the price the Big Carl is a great deal, but i would not compare it to a Big Mac, if i want a Big Mac, im gonna get a Big Mac. However, i would compare it to the quarter pounder (or royal w/ cheese). And yes, it's basically the exact same as any other Carls Jr burger, just w/ thousand island dressing.
Damn! Why did I click this? I'm gettting hungry now.
The Big Carl was like most of the posters on LGK, tasteless, without a soul, and as bland as the fans at Angel Stadium. Terrible. Big Carl = The Big Sux
