I would hope they are actively searching for a new location while this is going on. If they aren't, they are fools.

they are, actually. it may take a little while since the whole soap opera in the lease business started just a few weeks ago.

I'm just saying there's no question they can be successful in another location. I understand that they want to stay in the area (and I hope they do seeing as it's a short subway ride away for me), but isht happens and you gotta do what's right for the business.
