Thread: Braised Short Ribs

After watching Top Chef contestants serve different variations of braised short ribs for the last few seasons and seeing them almost always win or be highly praised for the results.. I went on a bit of an expedition, scouring the internet for various recipe's and trying them out over the last few months.

I tried all the famous chefs versions, tried some obscure versions..

In the end i found ONE RECIPE thats just knock down, drop dead delicious.

Just thought id share if anyone is interested, i wasnt really a fan of them until i hit on this... they came out so good, it was literally hard to stop eating.
