The Cereal Thread.

I love Grape Nuts in my yogurt...call me sick.

I don't think we have many cereals that the US doesn't get (maybe just flavor changes?), but there's a lot of US cereals we don't get here. Are the prices for cereal there as insane there as they are here? A sale price here for a normal sized box is around $3...

My problem with cereal is I'll have that craving for a particular box of something, like Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Cinnamon Life or whatever and then after a couple of bowls of that cereal I'm good and I never finish the box and it goes stale before the cereal craving comes back around.

Same thing happens with strawberry jam actually. No one else in the family likes it, about once a year I'll buy a jar, have it for a week and then I'm done with it for at least 6 months. The strawberry jam craving comes back, I open the jam and it's got mold.

My mom wouldn't let me eat sugary cereals either. The only one i ate was honey nut cheerios. Not a fan of cereal anymore though.

This happens to be my favorite cereal at the moment. I can annihilate about half a box in one sitting. Then I have to annihilate the bathroom a few hours later.

I know! WTF is up with the cereal being so rough/sharp. It tears the **** out of the roof of your mouth.

I started taking Barbara's Beanut Butter Puffins cereal and putting it into a blender with chocolate soy milk to get a shake. Its pretty good, and it doesn't make your mouth feel like road rash.
