I'm a member of their cheese club and they set you up with 3 cheeses, some sort of condiment or jam or something unusual, and either crackers or fresh baked bread once a quarter. Last quarter I got a stilton, gruyere, and a Grana Padano along with a jar of artisan tarragon mustard and some great rosemary crackers. I don't recall the brands on these but now that I know this thread is here I'll report back when I get the next batch. I've never been let down. The girlfriend and I have been known to frequent Artisan Cheese Gallery - Studio City - Studio City, CA and their selection is usually interesting. A bit on the pricey side but absolutely worth it when you find the right cheese.

Artisan Cheese Gallery also makes the best turkey sandwich I've ever had. Such a great little shop.

My all time favorite

I know most wont agree, but limburger is absolutely bomb! It's one of the cheeses that nobody eats anymore because of the smell but it tastes soooooo good. I like it sliced thick on a piece of rye bread, some onions, and a little horseradish. Probably my favorite.

man that is a stink sandwich right there. i could probably get behind it with grilled instead of raw onions.

Especially good after being stored for a week in a hockey sock which was just used in two consecutive games.

i love kerrygold's butter. i use it to make shortbread. it's richer and therefore makes the cookies taste better.
