I'm a purist and there is only one place around here where I will order a cheesesteak. Philly's Best on Raymond in Pasadena.
They ship in fresh Amoroso's rolls daily, have a Tasty Cake stand, sell birch beer, and they even have Old Bay in the condiment section. They also have really good genuine hoagies.
Period.

I guess I need to make a trip to Pasadena.
Phillies Best has really grown...used to just the one in Fountain Valley here in the OC but now theyre all over the place.
