Thread: Chick-fil-A coming to Valencia Town Center

Is Chik-Fil-A a new thing on the west coast? Just wondering why all the excitement.

I believe so. I just went to one for the first time in San Marcos and it was real good. Fries were good too. A little pricey and I will go back in the future.

I may have some chikin for eats today in honor of this thread.

I do not LOVE Chik-Fil-A but it will be something different. I do like their chicken biscuit for breakfast.

I'm waiting for them to finally move into the Idaho/Oregon market. Last time I was through Salt Lake City I stopped at one in a food court in a mall. It was about 12:30ish, there were lines at the Chik-Fil-A and the McD's that was next door looked like a ghost town.

CFA moved into most of the old Krispy Kreme locations in Socal correct?

I remember back in the early 80's, there used to be one in the Santa Monica Place mall. That and some fresh-baked cookies from the Famous Amos shop...tasty, tasty memories. Heh.

Not totally new, they're just expanding quite a bit. They're not on every corner like a McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, or Carl's Jr so it's somewhat rare to find one.

Much like Sonic. Not exactly new in So Cal but they're expanding quite a bit.

ya, I remember a girl I knew who was from Georgia was excited to see one in the Tustin marketplace since they're not EVERYWHERE here and definitely even more hard to find back in 2003.
