    Default Clearmans Northwoods Inn

Went last night and have to say it was amazingly good. For a place thats not stuffy and not over the top on prices this may be one of my favorite restaurants. Wish they opened up one in OC.

Sad that places like Outback and Lonestar can have so many locations when their stuff is inferior.

The cheese bread and green salad are the perfect compliment to anything on the menu.

Im not a big Northwood's fan (probably because I don't eat steak). Their prices are outrageous though Hip. Some of the stuff on the menu is in the $30-$40 dollar range.

I do like the bread, that's about it.

Reminds me of a place I went to up in Monterey when I got engaged. It wasn't just cheese bread, it was BLUE CHEESE bread. It was absolutely wonderful.

Northwoods rocks. As Tonga said, the cheesebread and salad are the perfect way to kick off anything on their menu.
at the draft party a couple of years ago, and under a considerable haze, i heard Birdman yell out the following (about 4 or 5 times, i think) - "don't marry yourselves to players!" he went on to reiterate that idea more than once on the boards, and i believe it to be absolutely sage.

Don't care for it. Has a funny taste. I also don't eat the salad w/ranch dressing. I don't touch any kind of white sauce (sour cream, alfredo, mayo, blue cheese, etc).

You can still throw the peanuts on the floor.

But nothing gives a place a vote of confidence like Az hating it.
