Default Corned Beef is a go...

Got it simmering...now I gotta wait 3-4 hours, lol.
Foregoing the boiled cabbage and potato action, I'm asian so it's rice and kim-chee instead.

    mmm, sandwiches for later too...

Prep was simple, I just braised it for 4 hours on the stove top, might see how it goes with 3.5 hrs next time. Braising solution was one can of beef stock and the rest water until just barely covering the brisket.

Made this last night - sale at Ralphs if anyone is interested. I just cook it forever and a day in a large pot of water, add red potatoes and cabbage the last hour. Such an easy and tasty dinner but you have to serve it with tums. lol
