I can vouch for that one. I went there with my chick last weekend and we were not disappointed.

I went simple:

1/3 lb. beef
Swiss
Jalapenos
Mushrooms
Spicy Sour Cream
Regular Bun

We also split an order of the sweet potato fries and the entire experience was well above-average.

For May:

CARNE ASADA BURGER
Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak Topped with Fried Tomatillos, with Vine Ripened Tomatoes and Green Chiles on a bed of Lettuce Blend. Served on a Hamburger Bun with a Whipped Avocado Sauce.

CHURRO MILKSHAKE
Vanilla Ice Cream Mixed with Real Chunks of Cinnamon Sugar Churros and Topped with Whipped Cream.

That Churro milkshake sounds insane! Gonna have to try that.

I tried the carne asada burger and churro shake. Don't think I have to go back for the shake (tasty but not mind-blowing), but if the carne asada comes back, I'm there.

I will miss the Carne Asada. I guess if I make it there in June, it's back to the regular burgers.

JAPANESE STYLE AHI BURGER
Topped with Mixed Baby Greens, Daikon Radish Salad, Carrot Ribbons and Scallions. Served on a Hamburger Bun with Wasabi Aioli.

CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE SHAKE
Vanilla Ice Cream Mixed with Caramel and Chocolate Chip Cookies and Topped with Whipped Cream.

FYI, the Counter in Studio City on Ventura is open.
