Liquor Warehouse in HB

Hero's and Legends bar and restaurant in Claremont, Ca.
I won't mention any of the obvious ones,,,
Btw...Drake's Hopocalypse anyone? One of the better double IPA's I have tried.
Vendome's Liquor in Toluca Lake and Fullerton
Red Carpet in Glendale
hi times in costa mesa
haven gastropub in orange
the bruery in placentia
ditto slater 50/50 in HB
i've also heard the playground in santa ana is a good one but i have yet to try it.
i get my recommendations from a friend who helps run this:

Personally I like the selection at Eureka Burger in Claremont much better than Hero's/Legends.Quote:

Lonehill Liquor in Glendora is one of the best around. The owner now owns the liquor store on Arrow and Fairplex in La Verne, and their selection is much improved.
Beachwood BBQ in Seal Beach and in Long Beach

Down in Orange County, don't pass up Holligshead Deli. Great place, only problem is it isn't open on Saturday's anymore. Used to be a regular meeting place for a few of us. I think I still have a mug on the wall there.
in the 'beyond' section, there a newish Around the Corner Grill & Bar in West Covina, friend told me they only sell craft beer. need to check it out soon.
Hollingshead is is great, used to work by it years ago, still swing by to say "Hi" to Kenny and the family every time I am in the area. Some of the best deli-sandwiches around and great people. I will have to check out the Back Abbey then. In Fountain Valley at Magnolia and Warner, there is a new TapHouse going in that finally after years of construction looks like it is on months/weeks away from completion, I am hoping they have a great set of handles there..fingers crossed for lots of local breweries to be represented, west coast that is.Quote:
