And on this note - anyone have any good ideas on how one might deep fry a pizza?

I was thinking maybe some kind of tempura-like batter....

made it yesterday and it was amazing

16 pound turkey in a hour and a half, crispy skin and so juicy you didnt even need gravy

By the way - the leftovers today are gonna be AWESOME. When you take a piece off the plate, it'll still be moist enough that you won't have to chase it with something to drink.
