Pink's is great! After the lunch rush is about the easiest time that I have had getting food there.

Pinks and Roscoes...hmmmmm. I'm hungry now.
every time ive goen was at like 7 or 8 on a weeknight, both times were right before a artshow at gallery 1988 right next to it and it wasnt crowded at all. im not a huge hot dog person and wasnt really any more impressed then any other hot dog place. also its cash only which always pisses me off.
Blasphemy...
*Although, I will say you are not the first to express disappointment with Tito's. I think part of the problem is that Tito's is just sooo loved by it's hardcore fan base (a major part of them being local and having grown-up on Tito's), that it's almost inevitable that it won't live up to hype for the newbies that finally get a first taste.
That being said, Tito's rocks.![]()
Well whadya know.
Last Saturday, I stood in line hoping to pick up some Pink's dogs for a potluck. After 45 minutes of waiting and it looking like another hour before getting to the front, I gave up and instead got some wings from Pizza Hut.
Tonight, as I approached Pinks, I could see a reasonable line and a parking space on the street just outside their parking lot, right in the front. Sweet!
I got one of their regular chili dogs and a bacon chili cheese dog.
The chili dog was good, but the bacon chili cheese dog was really friggin' good.
Worth the wait and the money?
Nah, but it was good.
Which one's Pink?
