I love their burgers! Great beer selection as well.
I finally tried the burger last night at the Helms locations. Wonderful! Everything tasted incredibly fresh. I loved gruyere and the Maytag blue cheese. It went really well with the meat and grilled onions, they also but in just the right amount of arugula. I went great with the glass of Old Speckled Hen (on draft) we had. I loved their shoestring fries with the garlic aioli, but next time I want to try the sweet potato fries. I had my eye on the duck prosciutto salad, smoked eel and the bone marrow appetizer, but I didn't have room for more.
I loved their selection of beer, they focus on craft beers and Belgian ales - they have Chimay White and Duvel Green on tap. Their wine list is small, but good. They have a few selections from Santa Barbara and the Rhone Valley.
Word of caution though. This place has STRICT rules. There is NO ketchup on site - which I don't have a problem with, I'm not a big ketchup person. Don't try to ask of ketchup.
There is no table service. You order at the bar the give you your drinks and a give you a number for your food. You then have to find a table, if there is one. A busboy will bring your food to your table. Key here is to arrive early. We got there at 6pm last night and had no problems at all, by the time we left at 7:30, it was starting to get crowded.
They do not modify any of their menu items. Don't try to ask for no cheese on your burger, it ain't happening. I'm not big on modifying menu items anyway, so no biggie for me either.

One note I can add, Father's Office is a BAR, not a restaurant.
Found this out after driving there from the valley with my wife and 1 year old. Was turned away at the door cause of the little guy. Still would like to try someday.
