Default Finally made the jump to Brita....

...and my only regret is not doing it much, MUCH sooner. After probably thou$ands in "Fiji" and mountains of empties over the years (recycled, of course...but still) I feel like a dope.

The "smart" pitcher with two filters (about 4 + months worth of water) was on sale at Costco for like $25 bucks, so we bought one for the office and one for home. You'll save HUGE dough, the water tastes GREAT, it's super fast with an "unlimited supply" so you can use it for everything, and best of all--no more empties.

I know we did the water thread recently and a lot of you have this and have had for years (props to you! ), but just wanted to chime back in and spread the Brita gospel for those who are still buying bottled.

    I'm a believer!!

    Silver faucet mount Brita here.
I'll never miss carrying cases of water upstairs and bags of empties back down again.
It would be fair to say I'm a really just a lazy penny-pincher rather than a hippy treehugger(lol).

Hey m&m, how many months can you get from one tap filter--and how do you know when to replace it?

I've been using the same Brita filter for over 5 years and I don't plan on changing it anytime soon.

    Bottled Water is for retards.
