Good Eats, DD&D, Iron Chef, Unwrapped - all great.

If you're looking for a new food show, try Emeril Green on Green TV. Emeril doesn't come off as a pretentious douche.

Paula Deen's voice is like nails on a chalkboard for me. I can't stand that bitch.

Nigella (never shoot me below the neckline) Lawson...blah.
Bobby Flay is a hack. Oh PLEASE could you show us ANOTHER recipe involving mango salsa and blue corn tortillas???
Michael Chiarello is my all-time fave, but is all re-runs on Food Network.
Paula Dean is a redneck Nigella...all butter
Guy Fieri is a moron.
Alton Brown is still smart, funny and informative.
Anne Burrell is surprisingly informative (Secrets of a Restaurant Chef).
I have fallen in love with Claire Robinson...her show isn't all that sophisticated (5 Ingredient Fix) but it's fun, and I would very much like to "cook" with her.

I like Iron Chef America, Ace of Cakes & Dinner Impossible. My wife likes the Challenge shows. That's about it for Food Channel for me.
I would also like to add that "The Next Food Network star" is a horrible show and by comparison makes "Top Chef" seem like Casablanca or Gone with the Wind
