Rachel without a doubt. My husband met her and she's a mega b***ch in person.
For biggest a-hole award, Alton wins. If you don't believe me, listen to this:

I think i mis-typed when i wrote ethnic diversity. I meant that they need more international fare on that channel or any subsequent channel. And i dont mind the 'white guy' teaching me about international food because when anyone brings the passion about an area that a Rick Bayless does it makes for a great show.
I definitely agree that a FoodTV2 should be coming down the line.
P.S. anyone checked out Mario Batalli's restaurants Mozza Pizzeria and Osteria. I've tried the Pizzeria and it was pretty awesome and not terribly expensive or anything.
Gotcha. I agree that Rick Bayless's passion and dedication for Mexican food is refreshing, but also and unfortunately even he is rarely on FoodTV. But speaking personally I would like to see many different international food cultures represented by chefs and/or people from those countries, regions and sub-regions. It would be educational, interesting and genuine. But we may be a ways away from that yet.

I've been twice, and thought it was really good both times. Not every dish blew our minds, but the stuff we liked we LOVED. The pizza crust was the best I've had. And the one with the sausage balls was tremendous. As for the price, considering the quality of the ingredients and that almost everything is either handmade or grown by them it is definitely reasonable. If I still lived in town I'd be there often.
Freddie LIVES!!!!!!!!
I must have missed something because I just listened and I thought that it was a great interview. He was very honest and he even cracked a few jokes. Alton even offered to answer the other 2 pages of questions that had been prepared for the show if he were to give them to his publicist.
I guess we get out of the interview what we want...
You know what's funny. They actually edited it. We were excited that they were going to post it online because Alton was a total jerk @ the end and was ripping on Top Chef how their chefs don't hold a candle to those on the Next Iron Chef.
This has happened before where the Mikey show got in trouble for posting an interview with Emril where he was a total jerk as well.
Ahhh...politics.
Bobby Flay has less personality than a dead catfish... How he even got a show is beyond me...
I STILL blame him for killing off what was once good about Iron Chef...
Wow. No surprise that Ray is blowing the doors off the field, but Paula may overtake Flay! Now THAT'S sayin' something!!
AHH I know why. Paula's Party is only on weekends I think.
Freddie LIVES!!!!!!!!
I have to go with Bobby Flays arrogant ass! He's the best chef in the world...just ask him!
Helluva bump here, but I didn't know where else to announce that my crush on "PBS Everyday Food" Chef Allie Lewis has almost reached stalker proportions.
You all can have Giada, but Allie is ALLLLLL MINE. My GOD I want to do unspeakable things with her up on the cutting board!! Errr, move the chicken out of the way first.
Aw hell, we'll do it on top of the chicken. Kinky!!!!!!
