I ****ing love Bourdain. His takes are all right on (except he took it a bit easy on RayRay). I especially liked blurbs on Giada and Mario. Molto Mario was the best!

I'll agree some of the stuff he makes is insanely complicated, but it is all authentic and traditional. I'm actually glad he doesnt take the easy road when it comes to Mexican food because so much of it is so complex.





I cant believe no one has thrown Robin Miller under the bus yet, but i guess thats because no one is watching her show

But again off-network, I love Andrea Immer (her wine-pairing cookbook of original recipes absolutely ROCKS) and America's Test Kitchen kicks MAJOR ass. Now THAT is a great show. The recipes are almost always foolproof, and the product testing is great. No celeb bull**** there. It hasn't changed one iota in well over 10 years.

And for you Tony Bourdain fans, if you haven't read his guest blog rant on foodTV chefs, check it out HERE. It's HILARIOUS. He's done other guest blogs there recently too.

Cookin in Brooklyn is with Alan Harding on the Discovery Home channel. He rocks. And his recipes... well, he just kinda dumps a ****load of stuff in... hilarious.

Totally agree on Immer. She's great, and very impressive. She is a trained chef, as well as being one of only 14 women in the world who are master sommeliers. Plus, she reminds me of my aunt.

I voted Bobby Flay solely because of his antics after he won the Iron Chef competition (the Japanese one). But, how the hell can you leave the Barefoot Contessa off this list? Dear God, I just cannot stand her and her douchebag housband. If I were as rich as her husband obviously is and my wife did nothing but sit at home so that she can cook and get fatter I'd be kind of pissed.

Yeah honey, I really do love how you went down the the cheese shop and bought that fresh fetta to crumble over the freshly chopped vegetables from our garden but can you do me a favor and jump on the ellypical machine a bit more often.
