Thread: FoodTV poll: Most annoying: Rachael Rae, Paula Deen, Bobby Flay or Alton Brown?

Boo to the Ina-haters! I do love her cookbooks and make at least one of her recipes every week. Parmesan chicken with fresh greens & lemon vinaigrette is my favorite. Also, I really want her house.

As for most annoying, Sandra Lee is just beyond dreadful. WHY is that boozy broad on tv?

And Rachel Ray irks me so much that I twitch. Can't take the voice, the "aren't I cute & clever" acronyms and facial expressions. Also, not the biggest fan of her food...

Like Giada a lot, much more so since I've made some of her recipes and they are easy & fresh (insert your own joke here).

I'll tell you why a lot of people hate Rachel Ray - because she does stuff that millions of people have done in kitchens for hundreds of years, and created a huge multi-million-dollar empire out of it. She catered to the masses and was rewarded.

I just find her too suspicious . . . all that cooking and NO KIDS? I think she did have kids and offed them years ago because they were holding her back.
