    I've always found, as well as many people I know, that the idea of the Stinking Rose is a lot better than the restaurant. As someone who LOVES garlic, I keep going back because the idea is so awesome, but I always end up disappointed. The garlic in oil appetizer pictured above is spectacular, but the main courses... Meh.

    FBJ: Salt. Forget lemon juice, use salt to rub your hands and then wash it off. Garlic and onion smells disappear like magic.

    I dunno man, i get the shrimp skillet & mashed potatoes every time and every time it's freaking amazing.

    Haven't tried the shrimp platter, but everything else I tried was just OK. For shrimp swimming in garlic, I like Killer Shrimp. Get the original recipe and go to town.
