I keep meaning to try one of these, but i'm not a big brownie fan. maybe cornbread or something...but then i always take center cuts of that...maybe this pan just isn't for me.

Me either. I prefer center cut pieces of brownies or cornbread. I guess I'm not a crunchy edge crust kind of gal.

I like center cut pieces as well. :)

Normally I would agree about the center cut theory, but this pan makes really nice chewy brownies. Not dry with burnt edges, but really consistent throughout. Hey Kingsqueen, we gotta try using that pan for corn bread.:robodance:

cream cheese = chewy goodness.

Eeenteresting. Big on brownies these days but don't like my current pan. Add me to the center-cut crew.
