    Default Grilled Cheese

George Duran of Ham on the Street once proved that you can't go wrong with a combination of any kind of bread, cheese and jelly. I challenge you with strong hearts to try anything and everything. Tonight, while it's not at all out there, I've got home made country style white bread, mild cheddar and strawberry preserves.

Anybody have any interesting combos they'd like to share?

It was a really cool episode. He had 3 lottery wheels, one with types of bread, one with cheeses and one with jams/jellies. Of the jellies, habanero and jalapeno were options. They went just as well as others. To take it a step further, Disneyland has a 3 cheese Monte Cristo that has a blackberry jam with it. It's the bomb.

Gruyere and crushed pineapple on King's Hawaiian bread. Add small cubes of spam if you are feeling wild.

I like using grated mild cheddar and a bit of stone ground mustard.

Where's the cheese?? Sounds good nonetheless.

Try switching out the banana with a fried egg. THAT is an interesting combo.
