Fieri at least has some self-deprecation

unlike Bobby Flay, who goes into other people's towns to "destroy" them with some crappy combo of blue corn tortillas and mango salsa

Plus he never compliments anyone else with conviction, it's always half-hearted

Bobby Flay is embarrassing. He's another tool I'd punch if it came down to "throw down" time. Besides, he just wishes he were Rick Bayless.
