As a Pedro resident, when I am getting off the freeway on Sunday morning/afternoon, it pisses me off that Gaffey St Diner has not painted the curb red in front of the place cause of the ass hats who park there and block the traffic lane ....F them in the A

The quality of GSD has gone down a little since they expanded and opened for dinner. Personally, I think Omelette and Waffle Shop PWNS Gaffey Street Diner. (if you do not believe me, ask Mateo)

If the guy a douchetard, yep, he looks at some cool places that are not 4 stars and brings them publicity for what they do well. That is cool, but he is too over the top. Like Ian said, he is no Alton Brown

I've been to both and I think they are of similar quality. I like the corned beef hash better at the O&WS, but I like the biscuits better at GSD.

Guy has looked like Guy long before Ed Hardy came on the scene...if you took 2 minutes to actually watch his story instead of starting threads about how lame he is you would know this....

and if some douche links a wikipedia about when Ed Hardy was founded, I'll break a pencil right in half...

Before this little bit of info, I could have blamed part of this on the Ed Hardy phenom, but now I know Guy's douchebag look is all his own. Good to know.

Agree here, however the few times I have gone for breakfast I did not think it warranted a 40 minute wait (8:30 am on a Sunday). At O&WS at this time, and even Pac Diner there is no wait at this time including special days like MOthers Day and such.
