My brother always deep fries turkey at thanksgiving. I love it - really tender and juicy. It's also great how it cooks so quickly.

This is 40.00 at Target. Get one.

    The setup:

Bend over because Dr. Hatter is in da hizzouse.

The bird is out of the fridge and in the sink!

To get the oil line you put the bird in the pot. add water until it is 2 inches above the bird then take the bird out, The amount of water left in the pot is the line of oil you will fill it up to. DISPLACEMENT MOTHER BITCHES! Watch PI!

Gotta inject the marinade. William S Burrows would be jealous by the number of shots I gave this mother ****er

Set Up on the rocks and lit:

340 degrees and bird dropped in

3.5 minutes per pound at 14.8 pounds yanked!

    Resting on the cutting board

Broken down. carved and ready bitches:

    DINNER TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIME! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great pictorial my friend. Was this a trial run for this Thursday (Thanksgiving)? So the side dishes were mashed potatoes, candied yams, and spinach? Where the puck is the gravy son?

No, the only thing that was the test run was the bird we had some potatos, red curry squash and greens in the place so that was used for dinner.

TG is turkey mashed potatos gravy, stuffing, homemade cranberry sauce, green bean cassarol, pearled onions, carrots.

dessert is made from scratch homemade pumpkin pies (4)
    1 creme cheese cherry pie
    ice cream
    whipped creme

    That should satisfy, no?
