On the humidor.... I'm trying to get a proper environment in there before I drop em in, but it's tough that our house is around 80 to 85 degrees inside, with humidity also in the 80's. So I made space in a wine storage unit that is temp set to around 68 and designated for everyday reds, but it developed a little ice and a drip inside that took the humidity WAY up inside the humi. So now moving it from place to place downstairs taking temp and humidity readings with two different digital temp/hygrometers and testing them against one another. Salt tests, room to room, just ****ing around. **** 'N A it's hot out here. I should have it dialed in soon. Kinda fun though. It'll probably end up back in the wine fridge if I can control the drip inside. At least it's cool and fairly consistent in there.
