For day to day use, I go with Tabasco, Tapatio, sambal and Cholula...in no specific order, just depends on what I'm eating.
Occasionally I'll treat/abuse myself with some:
on pizza.
Am I the only one that hates Tabasco sauce? I cannot stand that ****.
I don't hate Tabasco, but if often tastes too much like vinegar at times. I do like to use it on eggs though.![]()
Tabasco tastes good on certain things, like fried chicken. For me, it's too vinegary on most things, and I'll opt for something else if I have a choice. I'll also put tabasco in my ketchup just to give it a kick, although I'd still prefer Tapatio in that situation.
My husband got this as a gift from a friend last year.
At first I thought, "Zakk Wylde, WTF does that guy have to do with hot sauce?" Then it tried it and it wasn't half bad.

What is it with eggs and peppers? One of my most favorite things a smoking hot ex Italian girlfriend told me to do was to take last nights left over pasta, put on a med/high fire with EVOO, dice and add fresh peppers, onions and coarse chopped tomatoes and a dash of "IL Primo Italianto" to scrambled eggs...Holy ****! I still rock that **** till this day...20 years later...
