I put Tabasco on almost everything if its available. I once took a case of those single serve Tabasco bottles (about a 300 qty) from a hotel room service cart in Vegas. I would carry a few in my car "just in case" for over a year. Tabasco rulz!

Never been a Tapatio fan. I prefer Cholula among the Mexican-style sauces.
But my favorite of the "mainstream" sauces is Red Rooster.
