I am really fond of really hot sauce, but when someone grows up eating my mother's cooking, one tends to find ways to hide the flavor of the food.

I do enjoy the less hot more flavor based things on some types of food, however.

And is it just me, or does one build a tolerance to spicy stuff if they eat it enough?

This stuff is the best hot sauce, hands down. The habanero one and the regular hot sauces are both awesome. A couple of my friends went to Peru a few years ago (or was it Belize...) and brought some back. It was a glorious few months until we ran out. I need to find some more...

I've been eating home roasted chile rellenos and home made salsa on tamales and eggs for breakfast since I was a baby. I can eat just about any "spicy" food out there and it doesn't bother me in the least. I can appreciate the flavor of some sauces and foods friends of mine wont dare touch because they say it's too hot to enjoy.

You build a tolerance because you're killing your tastebuds off...which means you need more and more hotsauce to get the flavor.

This is the goodness, too! Always good on any Asian food I bring home, or when I make some rice and vegetables.

My family loves to make eggs rolls around New Years and bust this sauce out. And we are not even Asian.

    But yeah, said sauce+egg rolls=HEAVEN! :D
