That stuff is great on pork chops or mashed potatos, but it's so mild and sweet I would almost not call it a "hot sauce."

I was just coming back to this thread to delete my post and saw yours. It's funny, the first time I had this, the taste was total red pepper heat with a little sweet, which I liked. And every subsequent time it's been more on the sweet side than heat, a mild heat. Now, I definelty wouldn't classify it as a "hot" sauce. But it seems to have multiple personalities, could be used as a hot sauce, BBQ sauce, marinade or as a season all. This stuff has multiple personalities.
not a hot sauce, but a seasoning. MY co-workers dad brought it back from New Orleans and he gave it to me cause he hates hot stuff. I use this on almost everything.

great with beef. Not the hottest, but quite flavorful.
For chipotle lovers, I was recently introduced to this by my neighbor's brother, a caterer....

Bold smokiness with a slight tangy finish. Only 99 cents at my local produce market.
This might be a repost but it still makes me laugh.
