Don't know about the hot wings there, but Tempe AZ has the best hotties hand down.

Anywhere I can get them naked and dry meaning no breading and undipped before service.
I prefer to keep the fried goodness intact so I get them this way, add a little salt and pepper and dip in blue cheese or ranch and hot sauce for taste. It makes for a cleaner experience too.

Since hockey season has started, my next purchase is a DeLonghi countertop deepfryer, double size, so I can make my own at home.
