The other place I have been is Cluck U. They seemed pretty good on the way down and on the way back up after a long night of drinking and supposedly mounting bbq's, and pissing on trees at Santa Clara University
20?! heh, I wish I could be satisfied with that many.
Since I like my wings simple as per my previous post I just get my wing fix from hooters. I eat a 50pc platter myself.

The Shack has some pretty good wings- and they serve the big ol' Texas sized ones!

I second on Wing Stop. I have been to their Hawthorne and Sunset locations. The Sunset prices are 50cent higher across the board on everything there. they have excellent hot wings. Ive been there twice and so far the best hot wings i had their are their Cajuns, and i like the garlic-parmesean wings. Also the Lemon-pepper wings are tasty too. Im still working my way through all 10 of their wing flavors, but i likesem all so far

I Hooters 911 wings, but here's my recipe for a dozen wings that are very, very hot.

6 whole wings cut in half
    1 egg

    Flour mix
    1 cup flour
    2 tbs cayenne pepper
    1 tbs garlic powder
    1 tbs salt

    Sauce
    1/2 cup Crystal Hot Sauce
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp hot pepper
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 dashes of Blair's Death Sauce

    Oil for frying

Combine mix, beat the egg, coat wings is egg wash, dredge with flour mix, & place wings in fridge for an hour.

Heat oil to 350 & fry wings for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Combine sauce ingredients, add wings & cover in the sauce. Enjoy the burn.

I tried them and they were weak. They seemed to be from Costco or Smart & Final (i.e., out of a freezer bag). Everything else there is excellent, my favorite place to eat.

Ciravellos. Not as big as they once were, but I think the best around.

Has anyone had the hot wings at the Monte Carlo Brew Pub in Vegas? Try the "You'll Pay for it later" sauce. OMFG...they weren't kidding but it was delicious. Made Hooters 9-1-1 taste like mild sauce.
