I had the BEST salad on Friday!
At Bucca de Beppo in Vegas. Romaine lettuce, dried cranberries, granny smith apple and gorgonzola cheese with a raspberry vinegarette.

Over the summer, Panera Bread had a "Strawberry Poppyseed Salad" that I thought was phenomenal. (And I am not a salad lover!)
It consisted of:
4 cups of torn Romaine Lettuce
2 ounces each: fresh strawberries cut into bite sized pieces, whole blueberries, mandarin oranges (drained), fresh pineapple cut into bite-sized pieces
1 ounce chopped pecans
Fat-free, reduced sugar poppyseed dressing

There's a place by my house called Sage that makes the exact salad, but they also add candied pecans. Good stuff, minus the gorgonzola. Can't do the gorgonzola.

Best salad I ever had was a roasted golden beet salad with feta cheese and a citrus vinagrette
